Dress modestly — slippers, flip-flops, bikinis and swimsuits are not permitted.
Arrive between 7:30 PM and 8:00 PM — boarding begins at 8:30 PM.
The yacht departs at 9:00 PM and returns by 1:00 AM (1 January), with drop-offs completed by 2:30 AM.
Shared transfers are not available; private transfers can be arranged on request.
The yacht departs strictly on time and cannot wait for late arrivals.
No-shows are not eligible for a refund.

This tour is only for guests aged 18 years and above.

Cancellation Policy

This cruise is non-cancellable — any cancellation after booking is 100% chargeable.

If the service becomes unavailable after payment, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and refund the amount paid.

Organizer Cancellation Policy

Unfavourable weather or sea conditions: if conditions present a safety risk, the organiser or captain may delay, reschedule or cancel the sailing.

Technical or operational issues: the organiser may cancel the booking in case of mechanical failure, safety issues or operational problems, for everyone's safety.

Minimum participation: this event requires a minimum number of guests to proceed; if not met, the organiser reserves the right to cancel the event.

Force majeure: natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics or major emergencies are beyond the organiser's control and may lead to cancellation without liability.

No additional compensation: only the amount paid will be refunded. The organiser is not responsible for guests' additional expenses such as travel, accommodation or third-party bookings. Guests are notified as soon as possible via email, SMS/phone or the booking platform.

Limitation of liability: the organiser's responsibility is limited to returning the charter fee paid by guests, and it cannot be held liable for weather conditions or any missed scheduled experience, including fireworks, affected by circumstances beyond its control.
